WHAT DOES TABULA OFFER?
A wide range of cheeses is produced in Spain, using different types of milk from sheep, goats and cows. The diverse manufacturing processes lead to numerous varieties of cheese, ranging from those that are soft or semi-soft in texture to firm or semi-firm paste cheeses, and finally, the creamy 'torta' cheeses.
There are more than 25 cheese designations of origin throughout the country, the most well-known of which include: Idiazábal, Cabrales, Queso Tetilla, Quesos del Casar, Queso de los Ibores, Queso de la Serena and Roncal, to name a few.
This versatile product with high nutritional value is commonly found in kitchens around the world, to be eaten alone or as the main ingredient in dishes in both restaurants and at home.
